Hung Fook Tong Holdings owns more than 20 years experiences of producing health beverages and food in Hong Kong. In order to provide better customer services, Hung Fook Tong deployed their own membership card system using the Hybrid Mifare & Thermal Rewritable technology in April 2008. Members can store value in the member cards to enjoy an extra 10% cash rebate. Bonus points will be rewarded for every purchase using the prepaid cards, and members can redeem the quarterly cash rewards, special members’ discounts or gifts etc.
The custom made Loyalty Management System was integrated with the existing POS system to form a basic platform which can be upgraded from time to time according to the marketing needs. Golden Harvest Group has deployed the new Hybrid Card System in all their five theatres in 2007. System consists of a powerful data capture system and a loyalty management software which supports various bonus and promotion ideas. In order to give a better service, the system was integrated with their POS platform in box offices, ticketing kiosks, online booking and telephone booking system. Members can earn bonus points from either one of the above channels and the latest bonus status will be shown on cards for easy reference.
